And so the super cool trip to Miami continued. Here is Marguerite out enjoying the biggest breakfast ever served. Well maybe not, but it must have been close seriously.
Jude likes TK One very much (yum yum) and he is always content with their portion sizes. But this place would have satisfied Jude's brother Marty or Marguerite's Dad just the very best, never mind Jude. When he ordered two eggs done omelet style 'Manuel' parked 3 plates in front of him, one with the eggs, fried potatoes, the heap, one with toast and one with 3 huge pancakes. 'Eh, Manuel, I didn't order any pancakes', said Jude. Apparently they came with the eggs.....only in America!!!! Wha?
Here is Marguerite outside the cool hotel......eh ..........looking cool.
The view of Miami Bay from the restaurant and bar area on the 25th floor of the hotel was class altogether.
'So how will we see Miami today Jude', asked Marguerite. 'On yer bike doll, I say on yer bike', was the reply.
'I like to ride my bicycle, I like to ride my bike, I like to...................', sang Marguerite as she made her way along South Beach in Miami.
'Eh................ye can't drive yer bike on the beach mucker', Jude told Marguerite.
So Marguerite decided she would take a pit stop and have a nice wee ice cream and enjoy the view.
Here's another pitstop, this time on the sporty wee street called Lincoln Avenue.
Marguerite and Jude love people watching. it's not officially being nosy..........but it's kinda technically being nosy all the same. They don't care about their business or anything like that, but they just like looking at folk. Lincoln Avenue was a good place to people watch.
Meanwhile on Collins Avenue Marguerite would loved to have drove off in this cool 1960's car.
After a quick change Marguerite is out and about enjoying Miami's beautiful scenery.
Later on Jude has got himself all dolled up for the last night out in Miami.
This pic of the Conrad hotel was taken from the restaurant across the street where Marguerite and Jude had dinner on their last night in Miami.
Jude really wanted to visit a famous Miami bar / music venue called Tobacco Road. It is the oldest bar in Miami (this is backed up by this pic here of the exterior of the buidling) but is more famous for being a great blues music venue.
And here are 'Big Pappa and The E Band' chucking out the tunes. This band were just great. Magic!!!
So it's Marguerite and Jude's last day in Miami and what better way to spend the last hours of the Miami trip than relaxing at the pool.
Here is Jude arriving and he's looking a tad on the dodgy side, actually he looks like he could be doing with a cup of tea or something to bring him round.
But hold on a cotton-pickin-minute, that's exactly what he has in his hand there, de---naaaaa!!!
Jude loves to take things easy. If there's an easy way of doing something he'll take it. Just like here he could be doing 100 other things but he'd prefer to sit and read the paper and snooze.
Talking of having a snooze.
ZZZzzzzzzzzzzzz...............ZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
Before long he's in the water and wide awake again.
Bloody hell, where's he off to now.
Aha, he's spotted the good auld floating bed jaalobby over there, well he's scooped it up goodo and is making his way back to the pool.
Hey Jude thanks for getting me the floater thingy, sure this is great just laying here, relaxing and soaking up the sun, chilling out in the pool.
Meanwhile....what's he doing?
A perfect landing belly flop onto the floating bed, that's what!!!!
Nothing cures a hangover like a good bellyflop.
Oh no, now he's crashed his high speed floater do-ans into the steps of the pool.....aaoochhh!!!
Ehh!!!!!
'Hey..............watch ye don't get yer auld bap wet there mucker', Jude shouts over to Marguerite.
Ah..........the brilliant wee trip to Miami is nearing an end as Marguerite sits and waits as Jude has a drama running back to the room to get his camera charger!!!!
Holiday over!!
