Recently Marguerite celebrated her birthday. Here she is all smiles........sure why wouldn't she be all smiles....sure she does not look a day over 25, but she is folks.... believe it or not..... she is a little older than that.... but just a little.
Jude took Marguerite out to one of their favourite restaurants, Basho. He got Marguerite to take a pic of him ..... sure you would think it was his birthday the way he was getting on!!! Basho is a nice Japanese restaurant .... perfect for stocking up on Sushi...... yum yum fill yer tum!
A few days later and Marguerite and Jude had headed out to Allie's house in Massachusetts. Here are Allie and Marguerite posing in front of Allie's home.
This, my friends, is a Baseball Championship ring. Very few people get to wear on of these little blighters. It's the equivalent of a Premiership Championship football medal and is presented to the winning team in professional Baseball. Allie's brother worked for the Boston Red Sox organisation in the year they won their first Championship in 86 years, in 2004 and he was, like all members of the club staff, awarded with a Championship ring. Nice.
It's hard to read but Marguerite's birthday card reads, 'A really great thing happened on your birthday'. Very true.
The smile is designed to bluff folk into thinking she is in control here.
So in steps Allie's Mum Linda to check that all is going as planned and to provide the expert cook's eye. 
Now she's just showing off, doing all the fancy icing and all.....wha?'Happy Birthday to me, happy birthday to me, happy........'. Marguerite made her own birthday cake, and a cracker it is too, here is the finished article. What a great looking cake that is.Oh Yeah......for Marguerite's birthday she got tickets to go to.........
