Clementsmount Fun Farm

Today Marguerite, Emma, Jude, Adam and Ben all took themselves off to Clementsmount Fun Farm for some fun and games.

As you can see it was a really nice summer's day ...... perfect for a day at the farm!

Clementsmount Farm is just outside Crumlin and so it was real easy to get to.

First things first though.  Adam stayed over at Ben's house on Friday night so they were up bright and breezy for their bath.  Wreck the place they did ....... water everywhere ........  but sure they had lots of fun, that's the main thing.

Marguerite and Emma are squinting like mad in this pic.  Meanwhile Ben can't wait to get in so he's just marching on!

Ben and Adam couldn't walk past the Indoor Play area without taking a scoot in.

Next up was the go-kart track.

Here's Jude getting totally into it.  Jude ...... it's a go-kart track .... for kids and stuff ..... take it easy man.













Meanwhile Marguerite has had a big crash ...... rammed the tires ...... smoke and stuff everywhere!













In this big race Ben might be leading Jude ..... but then again Jude might be leading Ben ......... either way Ben always wins!

Talking of dodgy drivers ...... here come Emma and Adam.














You've heard of 'back-seat-drivers', well here is a 'front-knee-driver!

Clementsmount Fun Farm is owned and managed by Jude's friends.  That's Jaime driving the train up front.  Jude coaches a young fella called Brogan in the under 10's hurling team, Jaime is Brogan's mum.

Ben is looking cool with his googles on and having a right old giggle to himself!  Adam and Emma are all composed and all .... and looking like they are in control.  Adam's medium length hair is still sitting nicely in place.

But as things speed up Ben's googles slide up, Emma can't stop laughing and Adam's hair is flying all over the show.

Next up was the big bouncy pillow thingymabobber ........ Ben and Adam loved this.  They kept sliding down it and laughing their heads off.  Great craic. 

Soon enough Ben got the hang of it though.

......... so he had a go at the Crazy Golf.

Jude always rambles on about how he used to milk cows on a farm.  He had a part-time job in his school days, working weekends, summer holidays, etc, slogging away, working like a dog while everyone else was laying about or playing games ..... 6am starts and all that .... all year round for 5 years ..... freezing cold in winter .... cow crap all over you .... on and on he goes.  Well today he was in like Flynn as he jumped at his chance to recall those days after seeing a cow that was needing milked.

After the visit to Clementsmount Fun Farm everyone went back to Ben's house and the bouncy castle was put up.  Here's a cool pic of Batman and Spiderman goofing around.  Batman has no socks on and Spiderman has discovered a cool new way of making use of shopping trolleys.
