Happy Birthday Ben ...... 7 years old today!
Here he is holding his gift from Auntie Emma, Dee, Adamand Rebecca ......... Star Wars Anakin's Starfighter.
Before all the celebrations Ben still managed to attend his Friday afternoon Drums lesson in Lisburn.
Saturday morning, 26th October .......... and the table is nicely laid out with Ben's gifts.
I wonder what he got?
As Marguerite, Jude and Ben were heading off to Portaferry on Saturday (Ben's birthday) his little party was held on Friday night. Here he is opening his gift from his Granny and Granda Crossan.
Can Ben blow out the seven candles on his cake?
And as is the norm on Ben's birthday ..... he and Adam would carry out their Granda's cake .....
....... as his birthday is also 26th October!!!

On Saturday morning Ben was up nice and early to get tucked into his gifts.
But first the card. This year Ben was able to read his own card. Brilliant.
Football cards were a must when Ben was turning 7. He had recently got into collecting the Premier League Panini Football Cards ........ just like Jude did when he was a kid.
Lego was also a must for seven year old Ben.
Here he is opening his Harry Potter lego.
Later that day and they were off to Portaferry.

He spent a couple of hours building this. And it was very impressive when built!
It's great that Ben's birthday is so close to Halloween ..... he gets a week off school every year at his birthday ..... now that's cool.
Ben loves his little trips down to Portaferry .....
........ especially when he gets to explore the shoreline.
