Marguerite, Jude, Emma, David (Dee) and Lisa Marie took a trip to 6 flags. The biggest rollercoaster David had ever been on prior to this was the 25ft long 4ft high twister in Funderland. To say he and Emma had a great day would really be an understatement. They loved it! 'Hey Dee, how high does it go?' 'Dunno Emma but I can see yer man there waving at us from thon aeroplane over there.' Yeee haaa aaaagggghhh!!!!
David's super cool multi-coloured shorts blend in not-so-perfectly with the rubber dingy thingy. Wha? Say wha?Meanwhile Marguerite and Lisa Marie enjoy a little bit of pandemonium.

The sun sets on another super day at 6 flags.
Oh it's the next day now and Marguerite, Jude, Emma and David took a trip to Cape Cod for the day. Jude will have you beleive he has never caused an accident when driving. He claims all is fair in love and war when it comes to car-parks though. Fair enough? Automatics can be sticky buggers when it comes to parking. You see sometimes you think you are in 'drive' when really you are in 'reverse'. So Jude nearly pushed thon building (flags and all) into the field at the rear. The sound was deafening and some punters in the shop forecourt actually dived for cover.
Poor Emma and Dee didn't know which way to look so they had to get out of the car to get some fresh air and a drink of water. Anyway here is the concrete boulder Jude shifted halfway across the carpark. Afterward all he could say was, 'what a stupid place to park a lump of concrete.'Here's Marguerite standing in the spot surveying the damage. Wha?

The tourists eventually made it in one piece to the beach at Dennis on Cape Cod. It was a beautiful day and no better a spot could you think of for Jude to show off his slinky football skills. Check out the toe-tapping here, 99, 100, 101,102.
David and Jude had a penalty shoot-out competition. Here David does his best Edwin Van Der Sar impersonation as he fails to prevent this one scoring in the net. Funny how Jude picked his net first and left poor David with the watery one!!!!Meanwhile Emma toned up her frisbee skills. 'Look Dee, look I'm brill at this, I'm so good I should be on a frisbee team, brilliant I am.' So just as Emma chucks this one........

.........she lamps poor Jude on the side of the scone. He's sprawled out big time. 'Sorry about that Jude' said Emma as she was more concerned about what flavour her ice cream was.

Emma and David mess about on the beach. Firstly Emma falls out of the foldy-uppy-camp-chair- thingymabobber.
Here Emma is buried below the sand.

Marguerite loves this baseball lark so much she even practices on the beach. She is a pro now!

What is he doing now? He's chasing another one of Emma's dodgy throws, that's what! He's trying to prevent it taking out one of those good folks minding their own business below the blue brolly.

David waves goodbye to the beach and to Cape Cod. He was overheard saying a wee prayer that he would make it back to Boston safe and sound.

Safely back in Fenway and the park outside Jude and Marguerite's apartment has recently been renovated. It's class folks. Here David tries his luck with a 3-pointer.

Marguerite goes for a wee run on the runnin g track around the new pitches. You can see the basketball courts over yonder. Anyway, this is really convenient for Marguerite and Jude to nip across the road to. Marguerite likes going on the odd runs, 4 laps is usually about what she would run.

Aha, the baseball pitches is where the action is at though. Here David shows you how it is done.

Now it's Jude's turn to bat and David's to pitch. Unfortunately Jude only got one hit and David only got one pitch because Jude stuck the ball so far it sailed over thon trees over there. Wha?

There is also a football pitch which is pretty cool for Jude to knock about on. He does not get to play many games though and is happy enough to dander over to watch University teams battle it out.
Emma and Dee's holiday was a great one and there were a few tears as Emma bawled all the way to the airport. Sure Emma mate, it'll not be long until we meet up again at Christmas. See you then.
